Verified & stored

Before a launch, the item’s details, condition, and verification evidence are recorded. The item stays in custody.

Claim changes hands

One whole token represents the right to receive the item. Its holder may keep it or transfer the claim to another wallet.

Request delivery

The holder can request fulfillment. The token is locked while delivery is underway and any dispute is resolved.

Item is released

After fulfillment and dispute resolution, the token is burned and the reserved base purchase amount is paid to the item’s seller.

Parallax is a launchpad for tokens that represent claims to physical items. Ownership of the claim can travel onchain while the item remains in storage until its holder requests delivery.

A token is not equity in a company and does not provide a right to profits or guaranteed returns. Resale depends on finding a buyer.
